CDR - NEO CEDER

CDRのアルバムを購入し、 T○AT`SのCD－Rに焼き、それを大量生産。しかし本物との違いは演奏面にある。
CDRの作品は裏は銀だ。我々の焼いたのは青。つまり我々は「まだ」青いという事になる。
CDRはCD-R「の様な」作品をプレスしている。（せっかくの盤面アートワークは、アーティスト名とメールアドレスの殴り書き！ケースも親切な事に生Rそっくりだ。）
彼の行為は間違いなく現代アートだが、あえてアートという言葉は使いたくない。その言葉はCDRの本質を誤解させるからだ。
この才能は、オタク／アニメ／ネット／ゲーム等の極めて密室的な文化から発生した。
その作品はディスプレイの前のキッズ達を悦ばせるには充分に魅力的であり、私の様な団塊ジュニアをも破顔させる。
この作品を聴くと、CDRの進化はとどまる事を知らないのだろうか？と思わざるを得なかった。
我々ができのは、「青い」と蔑まされようと、複製につとめ次世代の自家中毒ティストの誕生を願う事のみだ。

head with the best sounds you can imagine! When I first saw him play
in London, it was 6am and one of the most insane, disgusting and
illegal raves in UK history (the Kracked supermarket party), and in
the middle of this drugged out mess, CDR took the stage and literally
blew away every act that had played before, and that's saying a lot,
because Hellfish, Kid 606 and The Bug played as well! CDR sort of just
remakes the rules. You know the sounds he uses- video games, amen
blasts, gabber kicks- but somehow he puts them together in new ways
and makes them louder and more insane than ever!
